Hello..great blog! I have a sincere question for you. Well, first I’d like to tell you that I was small time heroin user for about seven months. When I got tired of sniffing it, and meeting horrible dealers and people, I went on methadone for a few months and was fine. Fast forward to now…I think that this time I am really in trouble. I’d love your help..ok, so this time, a “friend” turned me on to dilaudid. I quickly realized I had a habit when I would cry at the drop of a hat, my muscles ached, I felt suicidal, etc. I went back and told this person. They recommended that I use a 50 microgram patch of fentanyl, plus up to two dilaudids a day. I have been living life this for two years now, and I want to get off this rollercoaster. I want to detox, but with all of the opiates I am on, how could I get off of the stuff relatively painlessly? My friend said regular detox won’t cut it, and that I’d have to go away longer. Can 10mg methadone pills be prepared the same way? I’m on a 50mg daily dose of liquid methadone but I’m on vacation right now and had to go get a doc to prescribe me them because there is nowhere to courtesy dose on Kauai. Is it even worth trying to shoot these? Any advice at all would be great.

Liquid morphine is weak IMHO. When I did use many years ago, I came across a little brown jar of liquid morphine but it was meant to be taken orally. Well in my ignorance I decided to fill up a bunch of 0.5ml syringes and muscle one. I did feel a little buzz with no stinging sensation, so I decided to do a few more. Well long story short, it took about 50 full 0.5ml syringes to use up the entire bottle and I did feel loaded but not near as loaded as with “other” things.

Maybe because it was oral morphine? It was in a little brown bottle with 10mg of Morphine per 1ml if Im not mistaken.

Lets be clear, I dont use anymore and do not condone the use of any illegal drugs. Just to make that clear. I do legal drugs now like methadone.

I wish it was that relaxed in the USA in regards to pot. If someone would have tried that with Obama or Bush, they would have been slammed to the ground by 5 jackboot thugs and detained for several days under heavy interrogation.

Anna good post and I can really relate to all the cleanliness at the beginning but why do you care if others think you are an actual junkie or not? Usually people dont want others to know they are using but you actually are trying to prove your a junkie?? No offense but that seems a little strange. As long as you know, who the fuck cares what other people think or say? Sometimes when you try to prove so hard, people will always try to get a reaction out of you or just flat out say they dont believe you to piss you off. A wise man once told me one day, FUCK THE FUCKING FUCKERS!

Good luck with the Hep C, I got it too. They now have somewhat of a cure for it. Although its not a true “cure” it does lower the viral load to zero and stops it from replicating. Do a google search on “new HCV drug” or “new HCV antivirals”

Look into a Hindu natural herbal pill called “Pilex” in India and “Vein Care” in North America. It heals veins.

But yeah, its from years of addiction. If you hit a valve or gate or whatever they call them in your vein, the vein begins to collapse. The vein also collapses after injecting in the same area over and over again.

When I used, I thought of my body as a clock and would work in a clockwise (or counter clockwise if you prefer) and when I couldnt find any veins, I would muscle for a month or two to give my veins some healing time and start the clock over again.

I have friends who literally spend hours trying to hit any vein they can, anywhere on their body. I cant do that. One of the reasons why I quit. Thank god for Methadone.

Oh Im sorry, I meant 20-30 units in a 0.5ml syringe. The small syringe, not the big one. If it was the big one, you would need to be a dedicated addict or very used to high doses because it would probably kill someone.

Here is Southern CA we get nothing but black/brown/amber tar. If its pure, or close to pure, a match head amount will nod you out for hours. But, in most major counties (LA, OC, SD) if you do not “know” someone, then you are at the mercy of certain street dealers around certain areas and they usually step on the black over and over again until one $20 bag barely gets you high for 24 hrs with no rush, no nod, no nothing (just not sick) Now, if you know someone who is on top of the “stepping pyramid”, you can usually get a full 1.0 black gram for $60-$120 (the higher price usually reserved for “non” friends or certain areas known to have money). That 1.0 pure tar gram can then be chopped into 5 pieces that can then again be cut into 2 pieces each for a total of 10 doses at around 20-30 units each in a 1ml syringe. Each one of those (10) syringes of 20-30 units each will make you nod out for 12-24 hours or if not used to pure black tar, possibly OD (I have made the mistake in the past of underestimating pure black tar and almost died twice)

Now, if your really serious about PURE BLACK in Southern Ca, all you have to do is go down to Tijuana Mexico and you get that same pure 1.0 gram of black tar for $20. With individual hits (0.2 grams each) for $5.

I dont use anymore but when I did, I always wanted to try real China White and compare it to the pure black tar down here. We never get any China White around here though and if anyone does get it, they try to sell it for ridiculous amounts, usually over $150 per gram and usually in LA.

Lets just say Im glad I dont use anymore because Mexico is like heaven for junkies.
